Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Ghost618 website, Telegram bot and Mini App. By using the service, and especially by purchasing Pro, you agree to these Terms, the Risk Disclosure and the Payments and Refunds terms, and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
What Ghost618 is
Ghost618 monitors publicly visible Hyperliquid perpetual-futures wallets and reports entries, additions, reductions, exits and liquidations. It displays wallet statistics, places trade events on price charts and, if you add your own public address, keeps a journal comparing your results with wallets you follow.
What Ghost618 is not
- We never receive or request private keys or seed phrases, and there is nowhere in the service to enter them.
- We do not hold funds and have no custody of user assets.
- We do not connect to or control wallets. Users enter public addresses only.
- We do not place orders, sign transactions or trade for users. Hyperliquid requests are read-only.
- We do not provide personalised financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
- Ghost618 is not a broker, exchange, investment firm, portfolio manager or authorised financial adviser.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18, legally capable of entering into a contract and permitted to use the service where you live. You are responsible for determining whether using monitoring tools and trading perpetual futures is lawful in your jurisdiction.
Your Ghost618 account is linked to your Telegram account. You are responsible for its security. Do not misuse labels or notes to store unnecessary personal information about other people, impersonate anyone, make unlawful allegations, or mark a wallet as yours when it is not.
Acceptable use
- Do not circumvent access limits, subscription controls or the paid tier.
- Do not use automated means to scrape or extract service data beyond normal use.
- Do not resell or redistribute Ghost618 data or interfaces as your own product.
- Do not interfere with the service, probe it unlawfully, harm other users or use it to break the law.
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these terms. Where reasonably possible and legally permitted, we will state the reason. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Availability and data quality
We aim to keep Ghost618 available and alerts timely, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The service depends on Telegram, Hyperliquid, Fly.io, Cloudflare and website hosting. Their outages, delays, data changes or restrictions may affect Ghost618.
Alerts can be delayed, duplicated or missed. Market and wallet data can be incomplete, recalculated or incorrect. You must independently verify information before making any trading decision.
Free and Pro
Free provides a selected set of curated wallets with their available statistics.
Pro adds all curated wallets, real-time alerts and five personal wallet places in total: up to 4 followed wallets and 1 public address of your own for the journal. Curated wallets do not use a personal wallet place.
The applicable price, renewal, cancellation and refund rules are stated in the Payments and Refunds document.
Intellectual property
The Ghost618 name, service, interface, texts, original graphics and analytics presentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Underlying public market and blockchain data remains public. You may use information shown for your own decisions, but may not copy or present the service as your own product.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ghost618 is not liable for trading losses, liquidations, missed or delayed alerts, third-party outages, incorrect or incomplete data, or decisions made using the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable liability for intent, gross negligence, personal injury or mandatory consumer remedies.
Governing law and consumer rights
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not remove mandatory protection granted by the law of the country in which you habitually live.
If a consumer complaint cannot be settled directly, you may use the competent consumer-protection authority or court available under applicable law.
Changes, cancellation and disputes
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. The version and effective date will change, and material changes may be announced through the bot. A price increase or material reduction of Pro applies from a future renewal, allowing you to cancel first.
Cancel renewal with /cancel or the subscription control in the app. Delete your account with /delete_me and /delete_me confirm. For support or complaints, use support@ghost618.com, /support or /paysupport. Send legal notices to legal@ghost618.com.
