Risk Disclosure

Read this disclosure before using Ghost618 to inform any trading decision. Ghost618 is an information and monitoring tool, not a recommendation to trade or copy another wallet.

Version 1.3 · Effective 31 August 2026
01

Perpetual futures can cause total loss

Perpetual futures are leveraged instruments. A position can be liquidated and you can lose all margin committed to it. Under cross-margin or similar arrangements, other collateral in the account can also be exposed. Leverage multiplies losses as well as gains.

Only trade with funds you can afford to lose. Ghost618 does not assess whether perpetual-futures trading is appropriate for you.
02

Past results do not predict future results

Every statistic in Ghost618 describes past activity. A wallet with a high win rate, a profitable streak or large realised profit can lose money immediately afterwards. Past performance does not prove who controls an address, what strategy is being used or what will happen next.

Selection can create bias. Some wallets shown by a monitoring service may have been selected partly because of their historical performance, which can make the displayed set look stronger than the wider population.

03

Copying creates additional risks

  • You act later. The followed wallet trades first; network, alert and reaction delays mean your price can be materially different.
  • The followed wallet can close or reverse before you notice, leaving you exposed in the opposite direction.
  • Their position size and account size are not yours. Copying the nominal trade can create a very different risk percentage.
  • You may not know whether the public address is hedged elsewhere, part of a larger strategy or controlled by the person you assume.
  • Fees, funding, slippage, liquidity and liquidation levels can make your result different even when the direction is the same.
04

Data and alerts can be wrong, late or incomplete

Ghost618 reports information received from public Hyperliquid sources. Data can be delayed, missing, partial, recalculated or incorrect. Available history can be limited, so some statistics may be based on only part of a wallet’s activity. Where practicable, the service identifies figures known to be approximate.

Alerts depend on Hyperliquid, networks, Ghost618 infrastructure and Telegram delivery. They can be delayed, duplicated, delivered out of order or lost. Do not rely on an alert as a guaranteed risk-control mechanism or substitute for monitoring your own account.

05

No advice or fiduciary relationship

Nothing in Ghost618 is investment, financial, tax or legal advice. Nothing is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, copy or avoid an asset or position. We do not know your finances, objectives, experience or tolerance for loss and do not act as your fiduciary.

You remain solely responsible for every order, position size, leverage level, stop, exit and tax decision. If you need advice, obtain it from a professional authorised to advise you in your jurisdiction.

06

Tax and regulatory responsibility

Trading profits, losses, fees, funding and digital-asset activity can create tax or reporting obligations. Rules differ by country and may change. Ghost618 does not calculate or report taxes on your behalf.

Access to perpetual futures or related tools may be restricted where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws, exchange terms and restrictions applicable to you.

07

Wallet identity and security

A public address does not prove who controls it. Labels can be incomplete or wrong, and a user’s “my wallet” mark is based only on that user’s statement.

Never send a private key, seed phrase, wallet password or funds to Ghost618 or anyone claiming to represent it. Ghost618 will never ask for those secrets or ask you to transfer trading funds.
